Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Benefit Pro to deliver a high-touch benefits experience. You will be a dedicated contact across benefits, vendors, and life events, offering personalized guidance and proactive outreach.

You will support health, retirement, and welfare programs while coordinating with carriers, retirement specialists, and internal teams. This role emphasizes client-focused service and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma required.
• 3+ years of Health Insurance, HR, or Benefits experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Customer Care experience preferred, 1+ year required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and eligibility to provide personalized guidance.
• Educate members on employer-sponsored health, welfare, retirement programs.
• Provide enrollment assistance for medical, prescription, and supplemental plans.
• Update and maintain benefit elections and records in applicable systems.
• Coordinate with providers, carriers, and internal Alight teams.
