Alight Solutions seeks a Benefits Pro to deliver high-touch, concierge-style guidance across health, welfare, and retirement programs. You will be the member's single point of contact, owning enrollment, questions, and transitions with vendors and internal teams.

This role emphasizes personalized support, proactive outreach, and clear communication while helping members navigate life events and complex benefit options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• 3+ years of Health Insurance, HR, or Benefits experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Customer Care experience preferred, 1+ required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized benefits guidance and enrollment assistance.
• Act as dedicated Benefits Advocate across benefits and life events.
• Educate members on health, welfare, retirement programs.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
