Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Benefit Pro to deliver concierge-style benefits guidance across health, retirement, and wellbeing programs. You will act as the member's single point of contact, coordinating with carriers, retirement specialists, and internal teams to ensure seamless enrollment and proactive support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• 3+ years of Health Insurance, HR, or Benefits experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Customer Care (inbound/outbound) preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and benefit eligibility to provide guidance and support.
• Explain complex benefits information clearly for employer-sponsored programs.
• Provide enrollment assistance for medical, prescription, and supplemental plans.
• Maintain benefit elections and records for new hires and life events.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
