Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Benefits Pro to guide members through health, welfare, and retirement options. You will deliver personalized guidance, manage enrollments, and coordinate across carriers to reduce member effort and ensure clear outcomes.

As a Benefits Advocate, you will own cases end-to-end, maintain documentation, and stay informed on evolving benefits programs while supporting a remote team across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; health insurance or benefits experience is valued.
• 3+ years of Health Insurance, HR, or Benefits experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Customer Care (inbound/outbound) preferred, 1+ year required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and eligibility to provide personalized benefit recommendations.
• Explain complex benefits information to educate members on employer-sponsored programs.
• Provide enrollment assistance for medical, prescription, and supplemental plans.
• Update benefit elections and records for hires and status changes while ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors to deliver a seamless benefits experience.
