Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Benefit Pro to deliver high-touch guidance on health, retirement, and welfare benefits. The role emphasizes personalized member support, enrollment assistance, and seamless coordination with carriers and internal teams.

You will work within a flexible, remote-friendly environment and engage with clients to resolve issues, provide education, and ensure compliant, accurate records across the benefits lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field preferred with health insurance/benefits knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain complex benefits clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and benefit eligibility to provide personalized recommendations and guidance.
• Educate members on employer-sponsored health, welfare, retirement and wellbeing programs.
• Provide enrollment assistance for medical, prescription, and other benefit plans.
• Update benefit elections and records in applicable systems for new hires and life events while ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate with carriers, healthcare providers, retirement specialists, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
• Deliver proactive outreach and regular status updates to members throughout their journey.
