Job summary

Alight Solutions seeks a Benefits Pro to act as the member's dedicated single point of contact, delivering end-to-end guidance on health, retirement, and wealth benefits. You will coordinate across carriers, vendors, and internal teams to provide personalized support and proactive outreach across the member journey.

The role emphasizes consultative guidance, enrollment assistance, and proactive issue resolution, with a focus on reducing member effort and ensuring smooth transitions through life

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or HS Diploma required.
• 3+ years of Health Insurance, HR, or Benefits experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Customer Care experience preferred, 1+ required.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized benefits education and enrollment assistance for medical, prescription, and supplemental plans.
• Communicate complex benefits information in a clear, consultative manner to educate members.
• Guide members through healthcare and benefits ecosystem, helping them access resources and navigate options.
• Maintain accurate benefit elections and records across systems for new hires and life events.
• Deliver proactive outreach and keep members informed of progress and next steps.
