Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Benefits Pro to act as the member's dedicated advocate, delivering end-to-end guidance on health, retirement, and related benefits while coordinating across vendors and internal teams. You will analyze member needs, explain complex options in plain language, and help with enrollment, eligibility, and life events, all within a supportive, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or HS diploma with relevant experience.
• 3+ years of Health Insurance, HR, or Benefits experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Customer Care (inbound/outbound) preferred, 1+ required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member needs and life events to provide benefit options guidance.
• Educate members on employer-sponsored health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs.
• Provide enrollment assistance for medical, prescription, and other plans.
• Maintain benefit elections and records for new hires and status changes.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
