Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is hiring a Project Manager for a fully remote role across listed states. You will drive major implementation initiatives, coordinate cross-functional work streams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while improving business processes and crisis behavioral health services.

Qualifications include a BA/BS in a relevant field, 4+ years in PM or related roles, and proficiency with Smartsheet or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in management consulting, corporate development, or program/project management.
• Excellent project management skills with planning and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience delivering measurable results on multiple large projects.
• Track record of managing dispersed teams with complex plans.
• Proficiency using Smartsheet or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates coordination of all project elements (meetings, agendas, deliverables).
• Maintains schedules, RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports.
• Adapt plans as responsibilities or environments change for distributed teams.
• Directs activities of designated projects to meet goals within time and funding.
• Prepare project reports for management, clients, or regulators.
• Communicate initiatives to team members and stakeholders clearly and regularly.
• Provide guidance and development plans to improve performance.
