Qualifications

• Must possess Missouri licensure and residency.
• 5+ years of Behavioral Health experience including Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee behavioral health care managers for diverse populations.
• Manage and be accountable to professional employees, team leader, and Director.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and respond to audit findings.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new employees.
• Review reports to ensure team member adherence to key metrics.
