Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an implementation-focused Project Manager to coordinate and drive projects across functional areas within a flexible, remotely-based role in the U.S. You will work in a complex, adaptive environment and ensure projects stay on time and in scope, with exposure to RxClaim, PMO processes, and vendor coordination.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, develop budgets, and apply project management methodologies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher).
• 2+ years of experience in a client facing role (internal/external).
• 1+ years of experience with RxClaim, including researching claims, understanding plan structures and accumulator setups.
• 1+ years of experience using ServiceNow.
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work peak times (Nov–Feb) with restricted PTO.
• 0-10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to align program scope with strategic objectives and customer needs.
• Raise awareness of misalignment of project scope with applicable stakeholders.
• Identify duration, effort, sequence and dependencies to meet objectives.
• Develop and contribute to budgets and forecasts with approvals.
• Apply project life cycle methodologies and communicate plans.
