Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHR implementation experience.
• Experience mapping clinical, operational, and billing workflows.
• Ability to configure forms, templates, and user roles.
• Strong stakeholder management across executives and clinicians.
• Experience with enterprise deployments (100+ users).

Responsibilities

• Own multiple EHR implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Lead project timelines, milestones, risks, and communications.
• Configure environments: roles, permissions, workflows, templates.
• Translate workflows into scalable system configurations.
• Train administrators and end users on platform features.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to improve processes.
• Maintain clear internal updates throughout the implementation journey.
