Job summary

Connections Health Solutions in the United States seeks a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives, coordinate multiple work streams, and deliver major implementations on time and on budget within our crisis behavioral health programs. You’ll drive planning, RAID logs, and status reporting, collaborate with internal and external partners, and travel to company subsidiaries as required.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years in PM roles.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience delivering multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work across a cross-functional matrix and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage major implementation programs.
• Coordinate multiple work streams and drive on-time delivery.
• Maintain RAID logs, status dashboards, and regular updates.
• Communicate project goals and progress to stakeholders clearly.
