Qualifications

• Must possess one of the following credentials.
• Missouri licensure and residency.
• 5+ years of Behavioral Health experience across all ages.
• Experience managing people in a Behavioral Health setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee behavioral health care managers for diverse populations.
• Manage and be accountable to team leadership and Director.
• Set team direction and provide guidance to team members.
• Adapt plans to address business and operational challenges.
• Influence forecasting and planning activities.
• Oversee new product implementations and state initiatives.
• Coordinate care with internal and external partners.
• Interface with regulators during audits.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new employees.
• Review reports to ensure KPI adherence.
