Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 2-4 years of implementation/project management experience in utilization management or healthcare.
• Strong ability to create and manage project plans and time estimates.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement initiatives on time and within budget with stakeholders.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Break work into tasks, manage dependencies, and track milestones.
• Communicate progress and risks to clients and internal teams.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate handoffs and post-implementation activities with client success teams.
