In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers across North America, collaborating with cross-functional teams, representing our solutions at events, and building relationships that power the global supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and nurture new sales opportunities through proactive inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct discovery calls and demonstrations to identify customer needs, qualify prospects, and transition deals to sales representatives.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to analyze market trends, craft messaging, and drive strategic outreach in key verticals.
• Engage with global team members across international time zones to align on pipeline growth and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong passion for starting or advancing a career in business development, software sales, or customer engagement.
• High self-motivation, adaptability, and time-management skills to handle multiple outreach streams effectively.
