Job summary

RightCrowd is hiring a Business Development Representative to build qualified pipeline across the United States in a remote-first environment. You will identify target accounts within defined ICPs, execute outbound campaigns by email, phone and LinkedIn, and follow up on inbound leads to book discovery meetings for Account Executives while collaborating with marketing.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in business development or sales development.
• B2B SaaS or security/identity management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts within defined ICPs.
• Execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events).
• Follow up on inbound leads to book discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain consistent activity to meet pipeline targets.
• Provide feedback on messaging and lead quality.
• Update CRM with daily activity.
• Attend regular sales, marketing and technical meetings.
• Clearly articulate RightCrowd’s value proposition.
