The RealReal, Inc. is hiring a Business Development Representative to qualify leads and pass them to the appropriate sales channel for consignors. This fully remote role demands a customer-obsessed mindset in a competitive sales environment.

Responsibilities include qualifying marketing leads, following up via phone/text/email, and educating potential consignors on the consignment process and brands accepted. Weekend shifts required; high emphasis on service and performance.

• Qualify marketing generated leads through daily outreach and fielding inbound inquiries.
• Pass qualified leads to appropriate sales channel to close into new consignment business.
• Nurture leads through ongoing follow-up via phone/text/email.
• Educate leads on consignment process, brands accepted, pricing expectations and next steps.
• Maintain a professional phone demeanor and strong customer service.
• Utilize internal tools and CRM to track and manage leads.
