The RealReal is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to qualify leads and pass them to the right sales channel for consignor onboarding. This fully remote role focuses on outbound and inbound outreach, maintaining strong customer relationships and driving new business in an increasingly competitive luxury resale market.

Work is remote with eligibility across multiple US states; the role requires a full-time commitment and weekend availability.

Formación

• Experience with CRM software and modern sales tools.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for prospective clients (leads) interested in consigning.
• Qualify marketing generated leads through daily outreach, while fielding inbound inquiries.
• Pass qualified leads to appropriate sales channel to close into new consignment business.
• Nurture leads through ongoing follow-up via phone/text/email.
• Utilize internal tools and resources to educate leads on consignment process, brands accepted, pricing expectations and next steps.
