Job summary

Sprinto is seeking a growth-minded BDR leader to own and scale the inbound and outbound pipeline. You will recruit, train, and empower a high-performing BDR team, while partnering with Demand Gen, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize campaigns and conversion rates across SMB and mid-market.

You will drive AI-enabled processes, build repeatable plays, and mentor a team that transitions to AAEs within 12 months. This is a fully remote, fast-paced growth role.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in BDR/SDR, with 1–2 years leading a team.
• Able to carry and explain a pipeline number.
• Think in funnels and conversion rates, not just activity counts.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the BDR team: recruiting, ramp, training; 1:1s and call reviews.
• Run the operating rhythm: weekly pipeline reviews, activity, qualification, conversion targets.
• Forecast pipeline honestly: own predictability across volume and value.
• Own the playbook: SOPs, sequences, scripts, qualification criteria.
• Manage ramp and productivity: time to productivity, activity levels, conversion.
• Build the culture: accountability, recognition, honest feedback, career paths.
• Collaborate with marketing, RevOps, and Sales for aligned campaigns.
