Job summary

Measured is looking for a BDR to be the first voice prospects hear. You will build an outbound pipeline targeting marketing and analytics leaders at brands, using AI-assisted tools to identify accounts and tailor outreach at scale.

You will qualify inbound leads and partner with Account Executives and Marketing to improve lead quality while maintaining clean CRM data. This role offers 100% remote work with competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, prospecting, or customer-facing roles.
• BDR/SDR experience is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Daily use of AI tools and a willingness to test new ones.
• Strong written and verbal communication; relationship-builder.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn to marketing and analytics leaders.
• Use AI-assisted prospecting tools to identify accounts and personalize outreach at scale.
• Qualify inbound leads and build outbound pipeline toward monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing on strategy and lead quality.
• Schedule meetings for events and keep CRM data clean.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
