Job summary

Not specified is seeking a leader to build and scale a B2B demand-generation engine for a multi-product SaaS portfolio. You will define the strategy, technology ecosystem, operating model, and team to create a repeatable pipeline.

You will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to translate ICPs into effective campaigns and establish attribution and reporting across the funnel. A hands-on builder who can recruit and scale is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of B2B demand-generation experience, including building and scaling from an early stage.
• B2B SaaS experience is required.
• Strong command of modern MarTech, Revenue Operations systems, attribution, and funnel analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the B2B demand-generation function, prioritizing key products and revenue opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to translate ICPs and priorities into effective campaigns.
• Establish robust attribution and reporting to track conversion from demand source to sales-accepted opportunities.
