You will prospect, cold-call, and engage business owners and marketing leads to book qualified meetings for the sales team. The role emphasizes high-volume outbound outreach, independent work, and a lean sales process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar outbound sales role.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses.
• High-volume outbound calling and CRM usage experience.
• Self-motivated, coachable, able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Prospect SMBs across the U.S. via phone, email, and outbound channels.
• Make 50–60 outbound calls per day to drive qualified meetings.
• Engage with business owners and marketing decision-makers.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team and follow up on inquiries.
• Manage outreach and next steps in HubSpot CRM.
• Identify messaging that resonates and expand to new markets.
