Hubexo, a software provider for the global construction industry, seeks a Business Development Representative to drive sales for our rapidly growing North America team. This 100% remote role requires strong communication, empathy, and a drive to exceed targets.

You will build a pipeline, conduct daily outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and advance leads to qualified meetings, with travel to events and company meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within your territory to identify high-value targets.
• Utilize our sales stack to perform daily cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate opportunities.
• Generate new opportunities by calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events to schedule qualified meetings.
• Manage a pipeline of warm leads with regular follow-up.
• Identify best practices and enhance your prospecting strategy as you develop your sales skills.
• Measure results and work with your manager to optimize them.
