Hubexo is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive new sales opportunities for our North America team. This 100% remote role includes occasional travel to industry events and meetings.

You will prospect targets, conduct daily outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, manage a warm pipeline, and collaborate with sales leadership to optimize outcomes. A strong communicator with resilience will thrive here.

Responsabilités

• Prospect within your territory to identify and research timely, high-value targets.
• Utilize our sales tech stack to perform daily cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate opportunities.
• Generate new opportunities (meetings) by daily outreach to schedule qualified meetings.
• Manage a pipeline of warm leads and keep them engaged through regular follow up.
• Identify best practices and enhance prospecting strategy as you develop sales skills.
• Measure results and work with your manager to optimize them.
