Job summary

Simple Mining LLC is seeking a Business Development Representative to open doors with neocloud providers, AI companies, and investors. You will travel to conferences, staff booths, and secure calendar meetings, turning initial conversations into qualified deals with founders and senior BD leaders.

You’ll manage CRM activities, qualify opportunities, and follow up diligently to keep pipelines moving, while gaining exposure to energy‑backed data centers and AI compute infrastructure.”

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in business development, sales development, inside sales or account management.
• You’re comfortable picking up the phone and good at it.
• You’re energized by travel and in-person networking, and you follow up quickly.
• You keep your CRM clean (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) without reminders.
• You’re self-directed and comfortable working remotely on a small team.

Responsibilities

• Open doors with neocloud providers, AI companies and capital partners; land first conversations.
• Staff industry conferences, walk the floor, and secure meetings.
• Run the first call to qualify opportunities and pass strong leads to founders and BD leaders.
• Own the follow-up and move relationships through CRM with timely next steps.
• Track conversations on long-lead equipment and coordinate timing for projects.
