Job summary

Simple Mining LLC is building turnkey data centers for neoclouds and AI companies, and we’re seeking a results-driven Business Development professional who can open doors, staff conferences, and move conversations toward signed deals.

You’ll travel to industry conferences, qualify opportunities, hand leads to our founders, and relentlessly follow up to keep deals progressing. You’ll manage your CRM and grow with a lean, fast-moving team that values autonomy and direct access to leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in business development, sales development, inside sales or account management.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and reaching prospects.
• Willingness to travel and network in person; strong follow-up.
• CRM cleanliness (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) without reminders.
• Self-directed and able to work remotely on a small team.
• Bonus: experience in data centers, AI/GPU cloud, colocation, power or energy; existing contacts at neoclouds or infrastructure investors; conference or event sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Open doors. Prospect and cold-call neocloud providers, AI companies and capital partners.
• Staff conferences; travel; staff booth; walk the floor; leave with meetings on the calendar.
• Run the first call. Qualify the opportunity and hand strong ones to founders and senior BD leaders.
• Own the follow-up. Keep every relationship moving in our CRM.
• Learn the build. Track conversations with partners and vendors on long-lead equipment where timing matters.
