Job summary

Prophetic is hiring a Business Development Representative to fuel top‑of‑funnel growth. You’ll identify and engage homebuilders, developers, and investors, crafting targeted outreach and driving qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team.

You’ll research prospects, personalize communications across email, LinkedIn, and phone, and collaborate with AEs and leadership to refine messaging and expand the prospecting playbook.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through self-directed outbound — LinkedIn, cold email, and phone.
• Strong written communication that avoids templated copy.
• CRM hygiene — log activity, keep sequences current, and prevent contact loss.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-fit prospects across homebuilders, residential developers, and land investors.
• Execute targeted outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone with personalized outreach.
• Book qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives based on pipeline quality.
• Maintain clean CRM records and keep touchpoints updated.
