Aleph, an AI-native FP&A platform, is hiring a remote Business Development Representative to lead top-of-funnel outbound. You’ll build targeted account lists, reach the right decision-makers, and convert cold outreach into qualified pipeline for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales or business development, preferably outbound.
• Love for phone outreach and a hunter mentality to create meetings.
• Experience using AI/tools to research prospects and personalize outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to prospects.
• Diligence, attention to detail, and data-driven decision making.
• Growth mindset and ability to collaborate with a fast-moving team.
• Bonus: finance background.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted account lists that fit our ICP and identify decision-makers.
• Run a strategic multichannel outbound motion (call, email, social).
• Qualify prospects against ICP so meetings are real opportunities.
• Maintain engagement with sourced deals after hand-off to AE.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Partner closely with AEs and marketing to improve selling strategy.
