Job summary

REAL is building an AI Execution Platform for real estate organizations, and is seeking an energetic SDR/BDR to drive outbound outreach and qualify opportunities. You will work with Sales and Marketing to develop targeted messaging and maintain clean CRM records.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 2–5 years in outbound sales, and proven success in fast-paced startups, with excellent English communication and CRM proficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role in Boston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in SDR/BDR or similar outbound sales roles (B2B).
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments and ownership mindset.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication; strong email and phone presence.
• Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach.io).

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize target accounts based on ICP.
• Run multi-channel outbound outreach to generate qualified meetings.
• Personalize messaging based on prospect needs.
• Maintain clean CRM records and track outreach activity.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and share insights.
• Take ownership of pipeline quality and contribute to revenue growth.
