Job summary

Securly is hiring a remote BDR in the United States to own the top of the sales funnel for its safetyOS platform. You will conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to district leaders, qualify opportunities, and hand them off to Account Executives.

You’ll report to the Director of Business Development and collaborate with Marketing and RevOps. The role includes onboarding, coaching, and clear progression toward AE or other GTM roles, with a strong emphasis on student

Qualifications

• Ability to perform high-volume outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and listening skills for qualifying prospects.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Interest or experience in K-12 EdTech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to K-12 decision-makers via high-volume, multi-touch outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for interest, urgency, and fit.
• Share outcomes, customer stories, and market data to illustrate why safetyOS matters.
• Hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives and maintain clean records in Salesforce and Outreach.io.
