Job summary

Securly is hiring for a remote, U.S.-based BDR role with a total compensation of $90,000 OTE ($60,000 base + $30,000 variable). You will drive top-of-funnel activity, qualifying school districts and handing qualified opportunities to Account Executives, while collaborating with Marketing and RevOps in a fully remote environment.

This is a high-velocity, phone-first role that emphasizes coaching, structured onboarding, and a clear path to growth within sales, customer success, or GTM functions.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-activity outbound sales (SDR/BDR) in SaaS or EdTech.
• Familiarity with K-12 education or EdTech.
• Strong communication and objection handling.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to K-12 decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for interest, urgency, and fit.
• Share customer outcomes and market data to illustrate safetyOS value.
• Address objections with tailored conversations.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach.io.
• Pass qualified meetings to Sales with Marketing/RevOps support.
• Continuously improve through coaching and data-driven feedback.
