Hubexo is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive sales for our North America team. This fully remote role requires proactive outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn, with some travel to industry events and company meetings.

You will manage a growing pipeline, nurture warm leads, and schedule qualified meetings while collaborating with the sales and marketing teams. This position includes benefits such as health coverage and a 401K plan after eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our sales tech stack to perform consistent, daily cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
• Generate new opportunities (meetings) by leveraging daily phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and occasional live events to schedule qualified meetings.
• Manage a pipeline of warm leads and keep them engaged through regular follow up.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
