Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated SDR to own the top of the sales funnel in a fully remote role. You will initiate conversations, book appointments, and support the sales team by delivering qualified opportunities, with 10% commission on deals closed from your appointments.

Compensation includes a base hourly rate, uncapped commissions, and potential for a large base raise once your appointments convert.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Prior recruiting or related experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of calls and follow-ups to build a pipeline.
• Diligently follow up; most appointments come after several touches.
• Use email, phone, and creative drop-offs to turn cold accounts into meetings.
• Research decision-makers and keep contact info up to date in HubSpot.
• Log all interactions in HubSpot and track progress in the scorecard.
• Qualify appointments before routing to sales.
