Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated SDR to own the top of the sales funnel in a fully remote role. You’ll start conversations and book appointments; our sales team closes deals, and you earn commissions on what you set and on what closes.

Base pay is $24/hour with uncapped commissions and a clear path to a larger raise as your appointments convert. The role rewards hustle, persistence, and coachability, and supports creative outbound campaigns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; recruiting or similar experience preferred.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and persistent follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable remote work.

Responsibilities

• Make a lot of phone calls.
• Diligent follow-up to secure appointments.
• Use email, phone, and creative drop-offs to turn cold accounts into booked meetings.
• Research decision-makers and keep contact info up to date in HubSpot.
• Log all interactions in HubSpot and qualify appointments before handing to sales.
