Convertros, a remote-first sales team, is hiring a Business Development Associate to be the first voice for U.S. consumer brands in Financial Services and Home Improvement. You will handle inbound leads (warm calls, no cold outreach), convert interest into bookings and enrollments, and receive real-time coaching to boost performance.

This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week and EST scheduling. Compensation is commission-based, with earnings tied to performance and a clear path for growth

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads - warm calls, no cold prospecting.
• Turn interest into action: bookings, appointments, enrollments.
• Own your performance and get real-time coaching to improve fast.
• Full-time shift (40 hrs/week), scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST.
