Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated SDR to generate and qualify appointments for our high-activity sales process. This fully remote role emphasizes consistency, organization, and proactive outreach to secure meetings that drive revenue.

You will work from home, with support and a clear path to higher base compensation as your appointments convert. Base pay is $24/hour with uncapped commissions on appointments and first-month deal revenue.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work remotely.
• Organized with strong follow-up discipline.
• Comfortable with rejection and persistent outreach.

Responsibilities

• Make a large volume of calls to start conversations.
• Diligently follow up on prospects; most appointments come after multiple touches.
• Use email, phone, and creative drop-offs to turn cold accounts into booked meetings.
• Research target accounts and keep decision-maker contact info up to date in HubSpot.
• Log every interaction in HubSpot to ensure no leads fall through the cracks.
• Qualify appointments against a scorecard before handing off to sales.
