Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a remote SDR to own the top of the sales funnel. You’ll initiate conversations, set qualified appointments, and earn 10% commission on deals you help open. Work from home with creative drop-offs and a strong team backing your outreach.

Base pay is $24/hour (about $50k/year), with commissions and growth toward a substantial base raise as your meetings convert. We want a long-term teammate who stays and excels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior recruiting or similar experience highly desired.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Diligently follow up; most appointments come after several touches.
• Use email, phone, and creative drop-offs to book meetings.
• Research decision-makers and keep contact data in HubSpot up to date.
• Log all calls, emails, and touches in HubSpot.
• Qualify appointments against a scorecard before handing to sales.
