Job summary

ZeroBounce, a leader in email deliverability, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth from a remote position. You will identify high-value opportunities, engage with enterprise senders, and translate complex technical needs into commercial solutions.

Working with Product and Engineering, you will shape our sales strategy, close high-value deals, and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development in technical services, SaaS, cloud infra, or agency services.
• Deep knowledge of email deliverability, SMTP, IP warming, and authentication protocols.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and communicate with CTOs and Growth teams.
• Self-driven prospecting to build a new pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-volume email senders, SaaS platforms, agencies, and e-commerce brands needing deliverability solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover technical email issues (domain reputation, blocklisting, inbox rates).
• Match client pain points to services: consultancy, IaaS for sending, DNS setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC/BIMI).
• Lead full-cycle sales from cold outreach to contract execution and renewals.
• Monitor pipeline metrics and maintain a clean CRM for accurate forecasting.
