Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a Proof of Claim Processor to handle the accurate preparation, processing, and filing of bankruptcy Proofs of Claim (Form 410) and attachments. You will assemble loan documentation, file electronically, and communicate with clients to obtain necessary materials while supporting attorneys and ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to interpret and navigate client servicing systems.
• Experience in bankruptcy, mortgage servicing, legal support, accounting, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Official Bankruptcy Proof of Claim (Form 410) and Proof of Claim Attachment (Form 410A).
• Assemble, review, and package required loan documentation for filings.
• Electronically file documents with Bankruptcy Courts.
• Communicate with clients to obtain required documents, account information, histories, and figures.
• Update client systems with status and progress of filings.
• Provide administrative and paralegal support to attorneys as needed.
• Maintain positive client relationships through professional communication.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines, court rules, deadlines and SOPs.
