Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail in bankruptcy-related review.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications to coordinate with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Review Chapter 13 plans across jurisdictions and note proposed treatments.
• Prepare Proofs of Claim and calculate pre-petition arrears as needed.
• Amend Proofs of Claim when modifications occur and track transfers of claims.
• Audit ledgers and monitor motions to ensure timely actions and compliance.
• Review notices and filings in AACER and coordinate with local counsel as required.
