Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a National Bankruptcy Processor to support loan review and filing tasks remotely. The role focuses on protecting clients' interests by reviewing Chapter 13 plans, Proofs of Claim, and related motions, with careful attention to documentation and deadlines.

This position requires strong numeric and accounting basics, proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and the firm’s LPS tools, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with bankruptcy processes and related software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review Chapter 13 Plans and update client systems.
• Prepare Proofs of Claim and amendments.
• Review Motions to Allow Late Claims and Motions for Relief as needed.
• Audit ledgers and ensure funds are correctly applied.
• Review AACER entries and ensure accurate filings.
