The National Bankruptcy Processor role focuses on reviewing loans for potential legal action, preparing claims, and ensuring accurate client system updates.

Responsibilities include plan reviews, proofs of claim, and monitoring motions, with strict attention to accuracy, ledgers, and timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with bankruptcy processes and mortgage servicing is a plus.
• Proficiency with LPS and MS Office tools required.

Responsibilities

• Review Chapter 13 Plans and update client systems with proposed treatment.
• Prepare Proofs of Claim and determine pre-petition arrears for filings.
• Amend Proofs of Claim as needed and review transfers of claims.
• Monitor Motions to Allow Late Claims and Motions for Relief.
• Audit accounts, maintain ledgers, and ensure funds are properly applied.
• Review AACER for Trustee filings and ensure proper closing statuses.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
