Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based applications.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to interpret and navigate client servicing systems.
• Experience in bankruptcy, mortgage servicing, legal support, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with bankruptcy court procedures and electronic filing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Official Bankruptcy Proof of Claim (Form 410) and Proof of Claim Attachment (Form 410A).
• Assemble, review, and package loan documentation for filings.
• Electronically file documents with Bankruptcy Courts.
• Communicate with clients to obtain required loan documentation and claim figures.
• Update client systems with status and progress of Proof of Claim filings.
• Provide administrative and paralegal support to attorneys as needed.
• Maintain positive client relationships through professional, timely communication.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, court rules, filing deadlines, and internal procedures.
