Aldridge Pite, LLP is hiring a Proof of Claim Processor who will work remotely, responsible for preparing and filing bankruptcy claims in compliance with court requirements. This role involves providing administrative support to attorneys while maintaining positive communication with clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in bankruptcy, mortgage servicing, or legal support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Official Bankruptcy Proof of Claim (Form 410).
• Electronically file documents with Bankruptcy Courts.
• Communicate with clients to obtain required loan documentation.
• Update client systems with the status of Proof of Claim filings.
