Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Official Bankruptcy Proof of Claim (Form 410) and Attachment (Form 410A).
• Assemble, review, and package loan documentation for filings.
• Electronically file documents with Bankruptcy Courts.
• Communicate with clients to obtain necessary loan data and claim figures.
• Update client systems on status and progress of filings.
• Provide administrative and paralegal support to attorneys as needed.
• Maintain professional client relations and meet deadlines.
