Aldridge Pite, LLP is a multi-state law firm embracing technology to streamline workflows for clients and partners. The National Bankruptcy Processor protects clients’ interests by reviewing loans and taking necessary actions in bankruptcy matters.

Duties include reviewing Chapter 13 plans, preparing proofs of claim, handling amended claims and transfers, and monitoring motions. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and LPS is required, with remote-work options available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Review bankruptcy plans and determine objections and next steps.
• Prepare and review Proofs of Claim for various bankruptcy chapters.
• Monitor plan confirmations and motion activity in AACER and client systems.
• Audit accounts and maintain ledgers to ensure proper funds application.
• Identify recoverable fees/costs and flag impediments to progress.
• Review title chain and update client systems with required actions.
