Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Proficient in Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes.
• Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
• Experience defining a technical plan for delivery of a significant feature.
• Strong ownership, code quality and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team.
• Collaborate with product management, design and analytics in ideation and constraint discussion.
• Identify and lead solutions to project, process, technology or business issues.
• Support operations and availability by monitoring metrics and on-call efforts.
