Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive Genius and other solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.

You will own a healthy pipeline through field prospecting and local networking, delivering value-based presentations both in person and online. You will work with the District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close deals quickly while maintaining detailed records in Atlas and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to spend 75% of time in the field with a valid driver's license.
• Residence within 2 hours of the job posting location.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to show how Genius helps businesses streamline payments and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales in a short cycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce with call notes and follow-ups.
