Job summary

Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth in the North American market. This is a fully remote role, but you must be within the United States to collaborate effectively with teammates and customers.

You will research target accounts, conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and partner with the sales team to convert interest into opportunities. A proven track record in B2B SaaS outbound sales and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts and key decision-makers in North America.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social selling.
• Qualify leads and communicate value proposition effectively.
• Collaborate with sales team on campaigns and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities.
• Aim to exceed monthly/quarterly qualified meetings.
