Job summary

Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive growth in the North American market. This fully remote role requires you to be based within the United States, in EST or CST time zones to collaborate with the team.

You will conduct outbound prospecting, identify potential clients, qualify leads, and work with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns. A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
• Strong prospecting and cold calling skills to engage prospects.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the North American market.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email outreach, and social selling to generate qualified leads.
• Engage with prospects to understand needs and articulate the value proposition of products/services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM and track pipeline.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
